Member meeting cancellation procedure
- Your safety comes first. If it is too hazardous to travel, stay put.
- If you play a critical role in the running of the Meeting and can't join in person, send an email to info@greenwichrma.org and your committee chairman.
- The President determines if the meeting is to be cancelled. If there is to be a cancellation, he will request that a notification email to be sent to all members.
Member notification:
If a meeting is to be cancelled and possibly moved to Zoom, members will be notified ASAP by an email from comm@greenwichrma.org.
Criteria for cancellation:
- The Greenwich Public School System close because of inclement weather
- If the GPS announces a delayed start, the RMA meeting will occur at the scheduled time and place
- Christ Church Greenwich is closed
Notification of media channels:
- The Publicity Chair will notify the media channels on a best effort basis
- The notice may be broadcasted over WGCH or listed on the Greenwich Times website.
